Dear Sir/Madam,

I used to fluctuate between being an atheist and an agnostic, but Ayatollah Khomeini and Hamas' Islamic fundamentalists, in their war against Israel, have convinced me of the existence of the Devil, whom they manifestly serve, and consequently also in the existence of God (18 killed in suicide bomb blast, 10 August 2001).

If the Jews really are God's chosen people it would explain why the Devil, whether through Hitler or through Islamic fundamentalists, is so bent on their destruction.

On the other hand, one shouldn't overlook the fact that it is fanatical Jews, like the one who murdered Rabin and who insist on humiliating and wronging the Arabs, who are largely responsible for the Devil getting such a grip on their adversaries and unleashing the demons that now beset them.

Once again, it seems, Yahweh is punishing all Jews for the evil of a few.

After 3000 odd years, perhaps it is time they looked around for another God, with a little more humanity.
