Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed the similarity between the way American Conservatives are seeking to impose their will (morals) in respect to abortion on more liberal Americans and the way Britain's leftwing are intent on imposing their will (morals) on more conservative rural Britain in respect to foxhunting. The political spectrum is not linear, but quite sharply curved, bringing the extreme ends very close together. |
