Dear Sir/Madam,

Here they are again - the representatives from Alert, the anti-euthanasia group, the Medical Ethics Alliance and the Society for the Protection of Unborn Children - these nasty little busybodies who will not keep their twisted, narrow-minded views and values to themselves, but insist on trying to imposing them on everyone else (Pro-Life groups to fight assisted suicide case, 2 September 2001).

I do not doubt their sincerity and well-meaning. No doubt back in the middle ages they would have been the ones eagerly maintaining Christian values and saving peoples souls by burning them at the stake for witchcraft and the like.

I believe that there is far more to a human being than just their body, and that ultimately everyone of sound mind should have the right to dispose over it as they will, and not as some busybody thinks they should!
